Leader

Frances is an entrepreneur by nature and founded her company, Meraki Research, in 2016. She is involved in several other business ventures within the research and strategy environment and assists clients in a diverse range of markets, from financial services to non- profit organisations.

Beginning her career as an Architect, for which she holds a Bachelor of Architectural Science degree from the University of Witwatersrand, she transitioned into an analytical role and decided to pursue her interests further by completing a masters in Market Research (MPhil) through the University of Pretoria.

Frances holds a keen interest in digital development and ways to enhance technology to benefit organisations and individuals. She has worked with several start-up businesses in this regard, to assist with solution design and understanding consumer needs.

She is passionate about social development and assisting with initiatives that have a long-term impact on the lives and futures of South Africans. She has volunteered at a variety of organisations which assist the youth as well as the under-privileged sectors of the population.

In the future, Frances would like to grow her businesses to reach further, less-serviced markets by providing skills and opportunities to the future leaders of the country.
